Villa Residential Lombardy

Villa dating of the 19th century, situated in a very peaceful setting and surrounded by a large garden. From an architectural point of view, it presents classic elements of the early twentieth century, which alternate with references to previous styles. The facades highlight the two floors of the villa, the first in light stone, the second in red bricks, both embellished with mullioned windows; the tower above was originally frescoed.
The villa of 580 sqm (350 sqm commercial) needs a conservative recovery and is distributed on two main floors: the first with the living area consisting of a living room, dining room, study, kitchen and a bathroom; the second with the sleeping area divided into four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The tower, once intended for services and servants, includes three rooms, plus a quarter with provision for a bathroom. All the cement floorings of different geometries and colors are original and well preserved, the wood carved windows with lupine closures, the red marble fireplaces and the white Carrara marble staircase.
Under the garden floor there is a large basement, where you can create a small spa with swimming pool with counter-current swimming and a fitness area. Here you can admire two washrooms of the early '900, one of which ingeniously built for the production of hot water.
The 1,000 m garden could be restored by recovering the original "Italian" design, characterized by the use of boxwood with flowerbeds inside
